Tiko’s Strategy
Tiko’s bold 2025-2030 strategy aims to multiply the impact for girls in sub-Saharan Africa by 3.5X.
- 3.5 million girls supported to choose their contraceptive method; leading to the prevention of unintended pregnancies and unsafe abortions.
- 3.5 million girls have knowledge of their HIV status and all eligible girls will be initiated on and supported to continue ART or PrEP.
- 3.5 million girls will have the opportunity to be screened for SGBV, with sexual assault survivors being provided with case management support including treatment, trauma counseling, safety, and legal support.
By 2030, Tiko will support 3.5 million girls per year in sub-Saharan Africa, to access free SRH services including family planning, HIV services and support in the case of SGBV incidents.

Transform Tiko into an integrated, girl-centric platform delivering critical services to target the Triple Threat of unintended pregnancies, new HIV infections and SGBV
Take Tiko to scale in 4 key markets and expand in 3 markets in Africa to reach 3.5 million girls by 2030
Strengthen local ecosystems (CBO’s peer educators, private and public providers) and broader healthcare systems in countries of operations
Deliver more value through robust performance management, lean operation model and a tech enabled, data driven operating system
Design, pilot and scale complementary sustainability pathways to better refine endgame implications
By targeting these priorities, Tiko will build a stronger organisation and reach more girls to create lasting impact.
