The Triggerise (now Tiko) Supervisory Board helps fulfil our mission by providing guidance and oversight. It comprises highly accomplished professionals who donate their time and share their expertise in delivering impact at scale using technology and innovation.

Phinah Kodisang

Chair

 Phinah Kodisang, joins the Tiko Board as Chair. As the current CEO of Soul City, she is an expert in the Development and Sexual Reproductive Health and Rights field. She is a feminist leader who is experienced in organisational development and advocacy, programme management and grant management.

Anna Hakobyan

Advisor

Anna is the Children Investment Fund Foundation’s Chief Impact Officer. She oversees evidence generation and application to inform and access CIFF’s portfolio of investments in areas of health, nutrition, education, and climate change.

Werner Strydom

Member

Werner Strydom is Head of Advanced Technology and Innovation at Irdeto, specialising in broadcast and on-demand media technologies. He brings with him an extensive background in innovation management, technology strategy, and service/product development.

Patience Mahachi

Member

Patience Mahachi’s career in finance spans more than 24 years. She is a qualified Chartered Accountant with proven success in implementing systems to optimise the financial performance of a company.

Refilwe Maluleke

Member

Refilwe Maluleke is a skilled marketer with a distinguished career spanning 17 years, during which she has amassed a wealth of experience navigating diverse organisational landscapes. She is the TBWA/SA CSO and Yellowwood Managing Director.

Benoit Renard

Director of Triggerise Stichting, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Co-founder

Benoit co-founded Triggerise (now Tiko) in 2014. He has a background in Marketing, having worked for nonprofit and for-profit organisations in France and Africa. He manages and oversees operations, leading the development of all the Triggerise (now Tiko) ecosystems.

Serah Malaba

Chief Impact Officer

Serah is a seasoned leader in public health with a consistent record planning and executing ambitious initiatives across Africa. As our Chief Impact Officer, Serah is responsible for delivering impact across Triggerise’s (now Tiko) operational markets.
